An inspirational human being, I only knew from his words of wisdom during the Kaiser meetings we attended. My condolences to his devoted & supportive wife. My favorite quote Howard has spoke many of times, "I always have the last word ... Yes, dear!

I was a close friend of Dorian Baker when we were students 75 years ago at Orangethorpe School in Fullerton, and of course I knew her parents and brother too. Dorian & I kept in touch through our school years and I was a bridesmaid at her wedding. After I moved to Greece for several years and somehow we lost touch soon after that. I have searched the internet to find information on Dorian and Howard for many years without any luck until today when by pure coincidence I came across the obituary. I have a postcard Dorian sent me from Hong Kong in 1937 and would like to send it to anyone interested, and at the same time learn more about the lives if Dorian and her loving and beloved brother. I live in Costa Mesa and can be reached at avlaki3@aol.com. Margaret Kadelbach Chaconas
