Such a sweet man! I'm glad we got a chance to meet him. Our sympathies are with you, your mom, and Jimmy. Hugs.

My father, James Everett Pool born 1927 in Winnebago, MN
He was born & raised on a farm in southern Minnesota. He loved airplanes, cars, steam engines, tractors and anything that was mechanical. He never met a mechanical device that he could not fix-from antique clocks to rebuilding Our 1965 Fairlane's automatic transmission. He loved being outdoors whether camping or working in his yard. He would walk the yard every evening to check on his plants. He loved taking photos so much so that his relatives may have gotten tired of posing when he visited. He valued craftsmanship and took exceptional care of all his possessions. He was an exceptional husband and father. His joy at seeing babies, horses, puppies & kittens shone from him. He was always patient, kind & considerate to all, whether flora or fauna.
