I remember learning about her in school. Its truly sad to hear about her passing. May she be remembered for all her accomplishments. And may those that loved her find comfort in the hope God provides.

Tears to the passing of a female legend who, like another aviatrix with her plane, this one with a spaceship, dared to dream the impossible, and go to space. Sally, you did give us a "Ride" we will never forget, or you. Thank you, for your dedication, and girl's dreams, that, heh, we can do this too, and it is not just a "man's" world. Women all over the world thank you. You'll always be in the history books for what you have accomplished and what you did, and nobody can take that away from you. You will always be remembered.
