I played football for Coach Clark at Sunnyvale High School from 1962-1964 on the Thirties team. He was a tough, highly disciplined, and admirable individual and coach who demanded the best from his players and we were only too glad to provide! RIP Coach. George T. Miller (Tom/Tommie)

Coach Clark was my football coach at Sunnyvale High School in 1961 and 1962 seasions. He turned around our B Football program from mediocre to winners, he pushed us hard and got the best out of us. As a team we accomplished much more than we ever dreamed. He defiantly brought out the best in me and helped build my confidence. He helped me realize that I could accomplish much more in life. It's was great playing for him and I thank him for all the life lessons. RIP Tom Clark, deepest condolences to his family.

Mr. Clark was my PE coach when I attended Sunnyvale High from 1968-71. You could ALWAYS tell when he was pissed at you, cause he made you run the entire class (haha!). We had a special bond because my father was career military, so we connected and while he didn't always show it, I knew he really cared about me. RIP Coach.

I am sorry for your loss. Although I did not know Coach Clark, I knew John his son, who was very nice to me during our high school days on the bball courts. I would imagine Coach Clark was proud of John and all of his family.
