As a boy of about 9 or 10 I used to go with my mother to pick up my sister Susan Crouch from the Joyce Butler school of dancing. I can only remember seeing one boy in the ballet school. He was always very smart and was a very competent tap dancer. His sense of rhythm and timing was already very obvious. His name was John Mitchell. I have followed his career with great interest and excitement since and am very sad to hear of his death. My very best wishes go to all his family.
