Georgia Hinson Obituary

HINSON Georgia Mae Blackmon Hinson, born February 26, 1930, resident of Spanish Fort, AL, passed away on January 19, 2013, surrounded by family. She was 82 years old. Georgia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Leon Wesley Hinson; daughters, Charlotte Chapman (Guy Sr., deceased) of Greer, SC, Cheryl Craig (Richard), Charity Pouliot (Les), and Connie Hamilton ( John Simmons), grandchildren, Stacy Krall (John), Shelly Estevez (Alex), Guy Jr. (Nancy), Kyle Craig, Chris Craig, Casey Craig, Chad Mothershead (Brittany), Randi Hamilton and Sammie Hamilton; nine great grand- children; sister, Ida Sessions; and many nieces, nephews and friends. I will always remember her sitting in her chair and making afghans, I still have the one I received from her as a gift for my 1971 wedding.
