Oh,the days at the original Erie Golf Club, circa 1955, when I was a kid. This little guy was a "giant" - could hit off the tee as far or further than the "big guys" - "Dubs" Cantoni, Rudy & Nick Colonna, Bob & Frank Lichtenwalter, Jimmy & John Liberatore, Don Geisler, Roy Nordin, Mac Alberico, Art Vogt, Jr. & Hubby Vogt, the Pro. Always laughs when he was around, a life well lived, may he rest in peace. The "boys" will show him around. Morgan E. Jacox, Erie.

Jason, Harry and family: an icon hahs left us. Bo took me under his wing as very young official in football and basketball. He was always offering support to me...even 40 years later. I owe a lot to him. He was indeed and icon and although he will be missed, his memory will live on and on very fondly. God Bless.

Ben and Jay, What can I say. Your Dad was so good to me over the years as we grew up together. I probably could write many paragraphs on our fun times....remember when I wrecked his car!!!! Wow, he was the best wedge player in Erie. I am sure he is looking for a game with my Dad, Rudy and Dubs. I am glad I had the chance to play 9 holes at Erie GC with him last year. You two are like my brothers. Hope to see you both at Erie days in Atlanta this November. Bo Sr. will be missed by me.
Talk soon, Eddie Fatica

Growing up in Erie when high school sports were king there were many personalities. Harry was one of the many sports officials who had a huge personality. Reminds me of great contests and summer leagues. I will remember Mr Boback for his unique way of calling a travel with his two fingers! My thoughts and prayers to his family. There is some colorful officiating going on in heaven with Huck, Izzy, John Edler and now Mr. Boback.
