Julia Aikens Obituary
Julia Davis Aikens - Born November 23, 1953, departed this life to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Moses and Dairee (McCovery) Davis, two brothers, Moses and Leonard Davis, two sisters, Idella and Betty Jean Davis and two nieces, April and Cassandra Morrissette.
She leaves to cherish her love and memories, a devoted husband, Willie B. Aikens; four devoted sons, Kevin (Tonya), Robert, Harry (Lakeela) Davis all of Mobile, AL., and Chadrick (Heather) Johnson, Beaufort, SC.; six sisters; two brothers; four aunts; nine grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 9 a.m. until the 11a.m. funeral hour at Calvary Baptist Church, 2457 Bragdon Ave. Mobile, AL., Rev. Levi Summers Pastor and Officiating Minister. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Mobile, AL. ARRANGEMENTS ARE ENTRUSTED TO THE CAREFUL DIRECTION OF REESE FUNERAL HOME 925 S. BESSEMER AVE. PRICHARD, AL.
