Reverend Alvin Dortch and Family-My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Still in Iowa. Cathy Mallard
December 07, 2012
To "my sister-in-law"...Mary, I am sadden by the loss of "my brother-in-law" Nathaniel. Remember, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I will always remember the smiles, jokes, laughs, encouragement and love given and shown by Nathaniel who always keept everyone going...he lived a beautiful life...he loved God, his wife and family, church family...everyone was somebody special to Nathaniel. Mary, I am always here for you; and I will pray for your continued strength in the Lord and peace of mind to run on in Jesus name, and I am praying for the St. James MBC family and the Old Landmark District Association. I love you Mary! Annette..."sister-in-law".

It never cease to amaze me that no matter where he and Sis. Dortch saw me, they would remember my name. I feel honored and privilidged to have known this Great Man of God. Sis. Dortch, I'm so very sorry for you and the entire St. James Family. He was a good man. Know that he is at peace.
