A very kind and compassionate woman. She will be dearly missed.

Dear Hilary and Michael,
My condolences are with at the loss of your mom, who was such a caring, generous, spirit, good listener and had true concerns for her family, friends and community around her I knew Terri at Penn, and then during the Manhattan time we shared an apartment ( unapproved by your grandparents for sure) We then saw your whole family during a visit to Washington D.C, and most recently I met Terri during one of her New York visits. We had a sidewalk snack, took silly selfies ( which happily I kept). I was very touched that she had shopped for presents for my two grandchildren ( whom she had never met) that I was there to visit. Such was Terri's gracious thoughtfulness. Her memory will live on forever and hopefully also her kindness, generosity, and inclusive nature.

I met Terri in our counseling class at USA right after she had moved to Mobile. We became friends, and were even pregnant at the same time. She worked with my Mom for a time, and was friends with her also. I will miss you old friend. You are a good woman, a good friend, and a great mom.

Yesterday's services were very moving and reflective of Terri's spirit. Everyone present was connected to Terri in different ways that showed her dedication to community and family. The beautiful words spoken by Hillary and Michael made us laugh, smile, cry and love her more. Terri was an unique person that could relate to all while remaining true to herself. She graced our lives with loving acts of kindness!
