Candida Brewer, 64, of Turlock passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. She was born on March 10, 1950 in Jalisco, Mexico to Jose and Rosa Gonzalez-Ramirez. Candida worked in poultry processing at Foster Farms for many years. She is survived by her husband Gerald Brewer, and siblings, Felipa Perez, Jesus Gonzalez, Regina Guerrero, Maria Cota, Inocencia Martinez, Natalia Jimenez, and Teresa Bejarano. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Luis Barajas.
A visitation will be held Monday, October 27, at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., in Turlock, starting at 3:00 p.m., with a recitation of the rosary at 6:00 p.m. The funeral mass will follow on Tuesday, October 28, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1200 Lyons Ave., at 11:00 a.m, with interment in Turlock Memorial Park.
