Sister Paraclita was so much more than our English teacher at Holy Redeemer High School, especially to the Class of 1956. She was a mentor to many of us and we will never forget her. I am so sorry that I was in California at the time of her death

Dear Sister Paraclita, You were one of the best, very kind and loving to your students. My memories visiting you many years ago in Wyandotte Mich. with our three children, sitting in the park, and remembering my High School years. Thank you, and may God Bless you and hold you in the palm of His Hands......Marlene Sauer Fuller, McKinney, Tx

Sr. Paraclita, My God did I Love you. I often asked the Sisters in the mother house how you were doing. My memories of you was balancing giving me what I deserved and earned (at the time with) a good shaking and a couple of "back hands" pie, ice cream, cookies, and cake. I've written a story for my grandchildren entitled Papa's Story in which I included you and Sr. Julia Ann. Only you and I know who pushed the brass button in your office to let all the kids at St. Joe's out early. You gave me "what for" that day. I earned that attention from you. After the color of your face turned from blood red to pink you put your arm around me and asked why I rang the bell. I know I couldn't lie to you. I responded by saying "the devil made me do it." I thought I was going to get a forehand but you just hugged me a little more. When you read this note I am sure you will remember this incident and smile. You will remember I was one of your favorites. How could you not. I was in trouble with you on a weekly basis.
