Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Allbritton,
We are very sorry to hear about your loss. Barb and I will always remember the fun times at our farm in KY with Mr. Hibbert.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Joe L. Albritton. I worked for him in the Home Delivery Dept. of The old Washington Star. What a wonderful leader and man. He gave us hope when no one else could. He said trust me and I will never let you down. He took our Newspaper from a loss of 1 millon dollars a month. To breaking even, I will always be proud that he was my Boss. And the World will miss a wonderful Smart man. God bless you Joe and thanks so much!!! John Paul Kirk

Dear Barb and Robert,

I learned of Joe's passing from the program at the Kennedy Center. He and you enriched my life for which I am grateful. I know many that have and will continue to share this sentiment. I shall not forget him. I hope that you will remember him every time you hear the birds and beautiful music.

All my best,

Mitchell Strauss

Having worked for Joe Allbritton for years we would like people to know he gave us the freedom to do different things in Television. He not only signed the checks he cared about the kind of product tand creativity that went over his airwaves.
Holly and I thank Joe for including us in his vision of TV land.
You will be missed my friend!
