It's such a loss for so many people who knew Brax. I am very fortunate to have known him and his music and all the other Drifting Cowboys who have moved on.
So sorry for your loss. Sweet Mr. Schuffert was a customer of mine @ Charter Communications and he would come in wanting to know what station he could find his "good ole country music" on.. and of course loved to talk about "Hank Williams" . I think he came in to see me just so he could tell me stories!! and I really loved to listen... God Bless you Mr. Schuffert and thank you for all of your stories..

Mr. Braxton will be missed. He inspired and encouraged Ricky with his music. He supported young people and everyone loved him. I know he is making beautiful music or telling a good story in heaven.

I am so sorry about your loss. Braxton was such a blessing to so many people. I will miss him calling to check on us! He never forgot us and called pretty often to ask how we were doing and to invite us to a singing somewhere. God knows Braxton will be missed a whole bunch, but God's enjoying hearing Braxton sing to Him now. Love to you all, Glenda
I will always remember sitting and talking to him two years ago at my grand-father's (Richard Murphy) 80th birthday party.
He was so kind with my kids, sweet to my wife and he made my day by telling me stories of him and a young Hank Williams Sr.
He will be missed.
So sorry to hear about the passing of Braxton. There will always be a special rememberation of him and my late husband (LUM). Lum always called him when we came to Alabama. He even called me on my birthday. May GOD bless his family at this time.
It is a great loss and empty feeling to know that our Uncle Brack is gone. As young children living with his brother, Sam, and Lena (our grand-parents) - with Aunt Ola and Uncle Brack next door on Longview Court, we have wonderful memories of Christmas family gatherings with piano and guitar playing of all the familiar carols. His exciting stories of his days of fame with Hank. His later work with the Hank Williams Museum and frequent live appearances and fund raisers. He was such a generous loving person to us and certainly to all who knew him. We send our love and prayers and thanksgiving for having had him as a part of our lives. God bless all the family at this time of loss. Little Bill (Allen), Prattville and Sharion (Allen) Montano, Friendsville, TN
