Gisele is missed.
She was a pillar for our family.
She would start her day before the sun came up, visiting her grand children bearing fresh fruits and vegetables from the market daily and taking the opportunity to talk, get updates and share her experiences as well as infinite stories.
She always told us to work hard, study hard and make something of yourself because life gives nothing for free.
We were blessed to have her at our wedding, to have her around to see her first great grand children.
I miss you terribly mémé, I think of you everyday, I realize now all you were teaching me, the values you wanted to transmit through us...I see now, I know now.
You accomplished your mission a long time ago and continue to do so today.
Forever you will remain in my heart. My tears you see when I write to you or think of you are for all the great things you did, they are tears of joy and sadness.
I love you and miss you

Gisele never looked back. Never thought twice when it came to take action to save a life. From France to Tunisia to the French Congo, she went ahead and, on her path, recruited whoever she could to help her accomplish her sole goal: saving a life.

Gisele was an incredible woman to say the least. Extremely beloved and respected by those who had the honor to know her.
We all love and miss her dearly,
