We were saddened to hear that Tom had passed away. He was a good friend for almost 60 years. .We will miss his kindness and good humor. Bill & Joanne Bewley.
Our sympathies to the Moran Family. We coached together for several years at McGill and became close friends.
A great rememberance for me was the night after practice when he walked the coaching staff down the north sideline of McGill Stadium, tracing out the path of a touchdown run he had made with an intercepted pass. When we reached the end zone, Tom commented "on a quiet night you can still hear the cheering".
Rest well old friend.

We were friends and roommates when we both played with the Alouettes in 1960. My deepest sympathy to all his family. He was a terrific guy.
One of the most enjoyaqble handball games I ever played. What a natural athlete and a nice guy.
Tom was a co-worker and fine friend at Consumers Glass, both in Montreal and Toronto
I had planned a visit to Houston in August to meet him again.
I should have gone earlier.
Sad to hear about "coach" Moran's passing. He was lovingly remembered at the Nov. 2012 '62 Redmen reunion and Hall of Fame induction. Lots of great football stories. He was one of "the boys"! Lest we forget. Dave Morton
