Dear Pat
Please accept my deepest condolences on John's death. He was a very special person and will be sorely missed. One can never be prepared for the death of a loved one, but this was certainly unexpected and comes as a shock. I wish you strength
as you pass through these next days and weeks. Sadly I cannot be with you for John's funeral, but will be thinking of you on Saturday
