Roger BAKER Obituary
The Honourable Justice Roger Baker passed away peacefully, at home, on Sunday, June 23, 2013. Beloved husband of Gordana Mijovic. Son of the late Hyman Baker and the late Irma Meyer. Dear brother of Davly Baker Mades. Roger will be sadly missed by his stepson Lav, his relatives, friends, colleagues, and all of those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank Dr. Nadia Giannetti and the entire staff of the Heart Failure Clinic at the Royal Victoria Hospital, and Drs. Murray Kornbluth and Vidal Essebag of the Montreal General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, June 27 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, 1250 ch. de la Forêt. Contributions in his memory may be made to the "Roger Baker Memorial Fund for the Heart Failure Clinic" c/o the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation, (514) 843-1543.

We were devastated to learn of Roger's, our dear friend, death. Our condolences to Gordana, Davly, Lav, and relatives during this time of sorow. We will remember Roger for his generosity, kindness, and good humour during our long, yet too brief friendship. But most of all we will remeber him for who he was, what he stood for, and for what he accomplished.
