Dr. DeCarlo,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army and USAR-especially during WW II. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Dr. DeCarlo well from our time in the 256th General Hospital, US Army Reserve, in Parma. He was a joy to be around.
