Larry made quite an impression in his field and was a pleasure to have known.
I worked with Larry and he always was kind , honest , friendly , always willing to help you take time out of his busy schedule to show you the proper things to do for fcc inspections or eas or anything else He will be missed dearly by all. The Real Last D.J. and Engineer
I have been a long-time fan of Lair and will miss his Saturday night shows very much. Although I never met him, I still felt very close to him and enjoyed listening and making requests. I could always count on Lair finding and playing my obscure and/or favorite songs from the past. He was always kind and witty and will always be dearly remembered.
Larry was a good friend at Michigan State while we earned our degrees there. My wife and I listened to his Saturday afternoon radio program where he would play dedications for us. He was a friend to all and will be sorely missed.
A remarkably gifted guy who enriched the lives of those who knew and worked with him. God speed Lare.
Donna, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. Cindy and Kevin McClurken
The world is poorer for his loss. I knew Larry from high school. I sat in front of him in home room. He was smart, funny and nice. I was so proud of his success, having known him. May God bless him in eternal peace.
