To Fran's family: Fran was a great friend to my mother, Sophia Hartman, at the Hume Home. Their paths had crossed before that, and knowing her again was great luck. Dear Andrews Family, Fran was my client for over 25 years and I just loved her. She was a brilliant, kind, amazing woman and she will be missed.

Fran, you were in charge of students at Hackley Lab, and I was one of them in 1972. You were such a gentle, loving, intelligent woman, and so interested in everything, right up to the end. You are going to be missed.

Frances was my grandmother. I will miss her dearly. She has left us, but I will carry her teachings, stories and my wonderful memories for life. Thank you Grandma!
