Wish I could have been there in person to hold and cry with the entire Long family. This has to be the most loving and generous family I have ever met, hands down. Arthur will be missed greatly but his legacy lives on in his 5 beautiful and amazing children and all the grandkids, which there are many. Love Kristen Caporelli Fort Collins Colorado

Kris and Family,
The sorrow of the faithful
is not that of permanent loss,
but the tender sense of sadness
that comes in saying good-bye for now
to someone we love.
May today's sorrow give way
to the peace and
comfort of God's love.

Dear Long Family,
Almost seventy years ago I played with a little boy and his sister in South Plainfield. Arthur and his sister Evelyn were dear to me then. Their mom Mary was my Godmother. We all went in different directions, but I will never forget the quiet little boy that let me share his toys with a big smile when we had sleepovers. May he rest in peace and find another playmate in heaven.
