To the family of my Priest and my Friend:

God Bless you all

Donald Clark
February 12, 2009
Father Atkins was a dear, easy going and generous soul. I'll always remember his kindness that he showed our family for our Dad's funeral at the Church of the Epiphany, Orange on August 12, 1985 while our priest was on vacation in Australia. He was a dear friend of Aunt Bobby (Anderson) who introduced us to him by phone, since we could find no priest locally to officiate. May his Soul rest in peace and light perpetual shine upon him and our loved ones whom we hope to meet again.

Atkins Family,
I have the sweetest childhood memories of "Uncle Jerry". His love will live on forever in the hearts of every life he touched. May God bless and keep you all during this difficult time.
Love,

You, the family of Rev. J. Atkins, have my sincere sympathies on the passing of a great man. I will never forget his kindness and words of wisdom and support which will long be cherished and remembered. I will remember him in my prayers.
Fondly,
