I was sitting in my car early this morning after driving my daughter to school and she sends me your beautiful letter in a text. I in turn sent it to my brothers and sisters. It is such a wonderful feeling to know even after my father is gone over 2 years that people still remember the man he was. He adored people and entertaining. He was an old fashioned thinking kind of man and loved life. I thank you
John and Laurie Starace for such kind words. As my father would say, put on his CD, have a glass of wine, and remember the good times. God Bless you <3 You made all of us smile. Love, Riccardos family

To Riccardo's Family,

We are so sorry this is so late and so sad for the loss of Riccardo.

We fell in love with Riccardo 10 years ago when he was singing at Luna Rosa in Seaside Heights. He knew how much I loved when he sang the song from THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (All I Ask Of You). When he saw us come into the restaurant he would say this is for my good friend Laurie and sing it for me. Of course he would melt my heart.

Riccardo alway sent us a Christmas card and a CD. He would write a letter once in a while to let us know what he was up to. I believe the last letter I got was about his retirement party. We was so happy about the party. I really enjoyed his letters and would write back to him. He was the only person I knew that still wrote handwritten letters. I remember the paper he would write on, it was a photocopied white paper with black lines and his Logo.

The world has lost an incredible sweet and kind man. We will miss him and he will always hold a place in our hearts.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. From a Headstone in Ireland
Sincerely
John and Laurie Starace

Hi Pop,
Today is 2 years you left us to live in heaven. I woke up to the same eerie quiet I felt the first morning you were gone. Some things you just don't get used to. We are all ok but things sure have changed. We always talk about our times and smile and laugh. Victor told me he thinks of you often he really misses you. Your pal is doing great you would be proud. I love you dad, see you sometime. PS how's the food up there?

Pop, it is our second Father's Day without you. How I wish you were here. You would be so proud of your pal and the man he has become because of your influence on him. I miss our lunches and pool time. I still can see you sitting in your chair by the pool. And you are still entertaining for I play all your music to my patients at work. They say you must be proud of your dad. I tell them you were amazing. I love you dad, I still remember. Happy Father's Day. Love, tony the pony
