Though I knew Duke only briefly during the end of his tenure at Hopewell, it was obvious that Duke was a special person who made everyone around him feel like they were the special ones. He will be greatly missed. With sincere condolensces.

My deepest sympathy to your family. I went to high school with Duke and remember him fondly. He always had this big smile on his face, and that is how I will always remember him. My thoughts and prayers are with you today and always.

We were so saddened by the passing of Duke. I always enjoyed talking to him in the pro shop. He was so up beat and friendly with a great, infectious smile. He spoke so nicely of his daughter in all her experiences. We are thinking about you.

I attended the wake but wasn't able to locate Duke's Wife and daughter. I just wanted to say that he was a good man and obviously missed. God Bless!

This news is so shocking and saddening. My thoughts are with you, Susan and Jordan, and I hope that you will recover from this loss. Duke was a beacon of enthusiasm, a joy to any open-hearted person whom he met. I will miss him terribly.

I Extend My Deepest Condolences and Sympathy to The Entire Kimball Family for the sudden loss of Duke.

Remembering Duke brings back the fondest of memories of life in East Brunswick. The EBBMA and St. Bart's Buffalos especially. Duke and my brother Mike were inseparable. Always trying to keep up with the older kids, in every respect. Great Times Growing Up!! Times that will ALWAYS be remembered. As will Duke!

I will remember Duke as a man who enjoyed life, always had a smile on his face on the golf course, but never took it too seriously. We should all learn from Duke.... Golf is a game, life is a journey....

What can anyone say when a friend and a mentor passes away. Duke taught my son the joys of golf helping him to become a fine golfer and gentleman. Duke will be sorely missed by all of us who knew him. Our prayers are with his family.
