Barbara was such an interesting person. You always knew she was listening and was interested in you, although she could tell you so many more things about herself. Fun to be with, she added lots of zing to our neighborhood. We will miss her!

Barb and I were field hockey teammates at Gettysburg College over 60 years ago. We were also sorority sisters and our friendship remained strong during these six decades since graduation. She was witty, clear-headed, and a true friend who "kept in touch". Deep sympathies to Kofie and her family.

Barbara was a wonderful woman, one who meant a great deal to the women who she guided-especially those at Beaver College. Though I did not know her then, I will treasure the visits I had with her due to her induction into the Arcadia University Athletic Hall of Fame. My sympathy goes to all of her family and friends.
