I was lucky enough to serve on the International IAPES Board with Charlie. He was a very dedicated member that served his Chapter in an exceptional manner. Each time I saw Charlie he had a new picture of his son. He was an extremely proud father. My prayers go out to his family and friends.

The best friend a person could ever have. I will miss him for the rest of my life.
Rest in peace Charlie, I love you.

To all of of Charlie Enzor's family and many, many friends...We share your grief and we join the celebration of a life that accomplished so much in such a brief span of time. Charlie was a genuinely good guy, always a gentleman, and a consummate ambassador for IAPES and our Workforce System. It was a true privilege to have known him as a friend. He will be missed! With all our love and sympathy from the membership of Virginia Chapter IAPES

Charlie, the many memories from all those wonderful dinners up and down "The Grand Strand" and the long conversations on everything from A-Z will forever burn bright! May Harriet, Gil, and your mother gain much comfort in the knowledge that you loved them beyond measure! Rest in peace, my dear friend!
