Christopher Derrick Toone, 41, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014. He was born December 24, 1972 in Fayetteville, TN to Linda Collins Toone and the late Dr. Cleedis Doyne Toone. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a sister, Bunny Toone. Christopher was a graduate of Myrtle Beach High School and served in the US Navy. He will forever be remembered for his carefree and playful spirit; always kicking the soccer ball, playing video games or wrestling with the "kiddos." Survivors include his children, Natalie and Christopher Toone; and their mother, Heiby Toone; his mother, Linda Collins Toone; two brothers, Cregg Toone (Monica) of Little River, SC and Charles Toone of TN; two sisters, Lori Golden (Stan) and Barbara Biehler (Jim) both of TN; niece and nephews, Claire Toone, Ryan Golden and Chad Toone. A celebration of life service will be held at 6:30 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with Dr. J. Kirk Lawton officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. An online guestbook is available at msfh.net.

Chris was a wonderful son, father, brother and uncle. As part of his extended family, I feel blessed to have known a man that was so gentle and kindhearted.
May his family find peace in knowing that he is up in heaven with his father and sister waiting for the day they will all meet again.
