My Dad and Eddy served for years together at the TFD. As a kid I looked up these guys, especially Eddy. To me Eddy was larger than life, a mans man. Althought I haven't seen him in years, I'll miss him. Just knowing Eddy no longer walks this earth saddens me. Go in peace my friend.
My condolences to the entire Barber family.

Dear Barb,
John and I just got home from NY to,learn of Ed's passing. We so wanted to see him last week but were caught up in our getting ready for our trip. It had been so great to see him when we did.
We are just so terribly sadden to hear this and are upset that we just didn't get there again.
Will get in touch with you
