We have never been able to speak or think of Jimmy Colosimo without smiling or laughing. He always had a great outlook on life.
He was a kind thoughtful person - one that we have always loved. He gave us lots of memories - shared the good times with us - shared the bad times but they never seemed so bad after talking to him.
We had lots of fun through the years. As we went in different directions with our lives it didn't matter if we saw him every day or once a year, he always treated us the same - warm and welcoming.
We will miss his contagious smile and laughter. He was handsome and down to earth.
We should all hope that we can learn from his take on life and live it to the fullest.
It is hard to think of Jimmy Colosimo without adding Karen to the mix. You certainly complimented him.
We will miss Jimmy everyday but are grateful for the years we had with him and hope to continue sharing in the lives of his wonderful family.
We are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a caring, considerate and loving man and will be greatly missed. It was an honor to be considered part of his family. May he rest in peace.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
To Karen and all of the Colosimo family,
We are happy to have been a part of your family through the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Jim, we miss you, but know that you are in a better place.

The world became a little bit of a sadder place on June 26, 2012, with the passing of Jim Colosimo. We had the pleasure of being great friends with Jim and Karen for over 20 years and will always treasure our times together. Now we will make new memories with Karen, but I know Jim will be right there with us, with that big grin on his face.
"God broke the mold on this one", as there will never be another one like him. Jim was the most kind, loving and gentle man as there ever was. He and Karen's faith, along with the support and love of their family got them through some tough times. Jim was "bigger than life" and will always stay that way in our minds.
God speed Jim. We'll miss you, but will never forget you.
With our love to all of the Colosimo family,
Missy & David
To the entire family of Jim Colosimo my deepest sympathy. I did not know Jim well, but was familiar with his "glowing" business reputation. I do know Fran and Angela, and to you both, "God gives you strength when it most needed."
I am so very sorry for your loss.
Jim was a wonderful man, kind, sincere and an awesome cook, and I am glad to have known him. Karen and Jim have always made me feel like a part of their family. Every once in while you come across a keeper he was a keeper. He will be greatly missed.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words... This one says it all Jim was the kindest man always out to help others. He and his wife Karen loved and cherished their family. I am proud to be apart of this family and to have known such a kind and geniune man. I know you made the journey safely and we can all rest knowing you are right where you need to be watching over all of us until we meet again. I can't say it enough thank you Jim We will miss you. Love you dad
Very sorry to hear of the passing of such a great man as Jim Colosimo. I don't know that he ever met a stranger. He was a kind, gentle and giving person. I have many memories of him taking me home after long nights of babysitting the Colosimo children. Our conversations were priceless! Hang on to the memories and know he is in a better place. Wishing Karen, Joan, and the entire Colosimo family peace and comfort during this time.

I was fortunate to know Jim Colosimo throughout my whole life. I have fond memories of a man who gave me my first job and a couple who entrusted me to babysit their children. I am lucky to have known someone like Jim and Karen who were so kind to me growing up and who were so inspirational in my life. I am in awe of their true dedication and reverence to their faith and that has helped me become a better person and mother, I hope they know their actions and commitment made a difference to me and truly guided me to make a difference with my own family.
