My sincere sympathy to Mrs. Ferrari, family, and loved ones.
Susan and I first met while playing in the Wickliffe High Band. My dad had the pleasure of working along with Mr. Ferrari on the Wickliffe Park Board years ago. Dad often spoke fondly of him. I was surprised to meet him at NEO Tax (where he prepared my tax returns for quite a few years). It was always very pleasant to talk with him about our families and Wickliffe. He spoke so proudly about his family. My mom also met him at NEO Tax and thought highly of him.
I'm sad for all who loved him and will surely miss this truly wonderful gentleman.
Sincerely,
Linda(Gilson)Jones

Dear Dr. Ferrari and Family:
I was so saddened to read of Joe's passing in the News-Herald today. Joe was not only an employee of NEO Tax Service but a wonderful friend of the family as well. He was the kindest and most knowledgable man I ever knew and ALWAYS a gentleman. He cherished his wife and family and talked about them all the time. He will truly be missed by all that loved him.
Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories of Joe forever.
