Carol and Tim Bramble are on the west coast of Florida and called me to let me know of Ed's passing. We had such good times together in our earlier years and are sorry to hear this sad news. Although we did not keep in touch Jeannie, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Jean and family, ETERNAL REST GRANT TO ED, O'LORD,AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON HIM.MAY HIS SOUL AND THE SOULS OF ALL THE FAITHFUL DEPARTED THROUGH MERCY OF GOD REST IN PEACE. DEAR GOD I SPEND SO MUCH TIME RELIVING YESTERDAY OR ANTICIPATING TOMORROW THAT I LOSE SIGHT OF THE ONLY TIME THAT IS REALLY MINE- THE PRESENT MOMENT. YOU GIVE TODAY ONE MOMENT AT A TIME. THAT'S ALL I HAVE-ALL I EVER WILL HAVE.GIVE ME THE FAITH WHICH KNOWS THAT EACH MOMENT CONTAINS EXACTLY WHAT IS BEST FOR ME. GIVE ME THE HOPE WHICH TRUSTS YOU TO FORGET PAST FAILINGS AND FUTURE TRIALS.GIVE ME THE LOVE WHICH MAKES EACHMOMENT AN ANTICIPATION OF ETERNITY WITH YOU. WE ASK THIS IN THE NAME OF JESUS WHO IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY, AND FOREVER..
To Jean and family....we loved Ed as a brother, and his loss is felt very deeply by both of us. We send our love and sympathy to all of you. Ed was a fine person.
