My years in the Sorosis Club with you are some of my most precious. I've never met anyone like you, you truly were like a butterfly fluttering across town and touching hundreds of lives everyday. I know you're in Heaven right now helping everyone, probably sitting at a table checking everyone in. My family and I will miss you very much. Love, Cindy, Lee, Daphne, Michael McCafferty

A few days ago part of my conversation with God was "But why did you take Johana now, you already have a lot of good people in Heaven and we need her here". But then on Friday I realized that there was no better angel to greet those small precious souls from Connecticut than Angel Johana. God always has a reason. Johana's incredible generosity of spirit has inspired me for 20 years - it will inspire me always. My heartfelt condolences to her family.

Dear Jimmy, Richie, Bobby and George,
Your mother loved you very much, and I always loved hearing her brag about you or worry about you. I loved hearing the stories of when you were growing up. She told me many times that being a mother was the only thing she ever wanted to be, and I know this holiday season will be very difficult for you.
Carol, Sabrina and Lorena - You were so wonderful to Johana and I know she loved you so much. Her heart was so big, I don't know how she did it all, there will never be another Johana.

Johana
"The Get It Done Lady" Johana was always busy with projects when she worked for the Sheriff's Office. You could alway's count on her to follow through with anything she was tasked with, and did it with class. She will be a great addition to God's heavenly community. May God bless her and her family.

I worked with Johana Knox at Florida National Bank many years ago. She was as sweet a lady there was and never changed in all of the years I knew her. She was always taking pictures and making sure you received a copy of them. She was a selfless person and this community is better because of her being a part of it. We will miss her!!
