Jose Antonio Diaz, 90, of Deltona, FL, formerly of Chicago, IL and San Juan, PR, passed away on October 5, 2018. He was born on June 13, 1928 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Clemente Diaz and Ana Otero. He was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Veteran. Mr. Diaz was preceded in death by his wife, Teotista "Teresa" Diaz (nee Moreno); and he is survived by his wife of 5 years, Aresia Cui; children, Rafael A. Diaz and Teresa Maldonado (nee Diaz); 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 4 siblings. Graveside Service on Friday, Oct 12th at 11am at Deltona Memorial Gardens, Orange City, FL. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Mr. Diaz's name to the Wounded Warrior Project. Condolences may be offered at www.DeltonaMemorialFuneralHome.com.
