Bruce,
As i sit here and think of the upcoming Father's Day, i look to find comfort in God's word, john 3:16 " For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who belives in Him will not perish but have Eternal Life."
And I am left with a fulfillment of Joy to have known and watched Nicole grow up. My emptiness is replaced by Joy. All of the wonderful thoughts and joyous times I have had with Nicole and You.
I am feeling that God's placement of Nicole in our life is probably the main thread of our continuing relationship~which would not have become this strong had it not been for her.
Nicole was an inspiration at Shand's Hospital, and i believe that her own journey in life has helped countless people, whether directly or indirectly in this battle of Life and Death. As we follow this journey, i continue to pray for compassion and understanding.
The loss of a child, especially the Only one, must be and will continue to be an emotional journey to withstand. Always remember~you do not have to walk this journey alone..
Nicole would say, "Dad I'am alright. I am right here with you." Nicole maybe gone in our world, but God has blessed us with memories and Beautiful thoughts, which we can cherish Forever..
As always, my thoughts and prayers are with you on this day.

Thanks for being my Brother, I love you very much. Together we will keep Nicole alive with our memories.

love,
Ted & Karen Sewell
