Rita A. Blanchette

Rita A. Blanchette, 85, of Daytona Beach, Florida, died Sunday, April 20, 2014, at Ledgewood Bay Assisted Living Facility in Milford, NH. She was born in Manchester, NH, the daughter of Albert and Alice (Levasseur) Provencher. Rita lived in Nashua, NH, until her retirement from Sanders Associates, where she worked in electronics. After her retirement, she moved to Daytona Beach, Florida. Rita was a talented artist who loved to paint. She was an avid traveler, ready to go anywhere at a moment's notice. Rita enjoyed playing Bingo and also enjoyed her cat. Rita was involved in local churches in Daytona Beach and had a large group of friends in Florida. She loved to go on day trips. Rita is survived by one grandson, Eric Frost, and his wife, Susan, of Weare, NH; two great grandchildren, Dalton and Cheyenne Frost of Weare, NH; one sister, Pauline, and her husband Myron Moses, of Vallejo, CA, and many nieces and nephews. Rita was pre-deceased by her husband, Robert Blanchette; her son, Ronald Frost; her long-time friend, Harry O'Neil and her siblings, Loretta, George, Lucille, Blanche, and Norma. A celebration of Rita's life will be held on Monday, April 28, 2014, at 3:00pm in the Michaud Funeral Home, 32 Maple Street, Wilton, NH.
