I first met Scott through my business and thought "What a nice guy." As my wife and I got to know him as a friend, I realized what an understatement that was. He wasn't just a nice guy, he was the nicest guy.
Scott was always very nice to me and everyone. Always had a smile and would take time to visit. Only the good die young. RIP my friend
He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to the family!
I don't have a brother, but Scott always let me call him BRO. He will be missed.
Far too young. My sincere condolences to the family from a member of the Class of 72.
You were always a good friend and team mate. You will be missed

I knew Scott all the way back in grade school. He would call me every so often to discuss a job opening he was trying to fill. We always seemed to end up talking about sports and the good old days in Springfield. Scott, you were a good friend and will be missed. Rest in peace.
Sorry for your loss. Praying for your family.
So sorry for your loss Dr Christiansen and Family.
Love and hugs
What a loss for us to lose such a kind man. I will miss my JParrino buddy.
Thank you for gracing us with your smile and jokes. We miss you already...
May the entire Christiansen family know in their hearts what a great father Scott was to his boys, and what a great friend he was to all of us. Always a smile, an invitation to come over, and a ballgame to go to or watch. Scott was one of the good guys, and he will be missed. Rest well my friend.
Our brother and Uncle -- you are in our hearts and souls forever. The date of the celebration life is April 5. Not 15
