Lenora Jean Leese Munsey
Lenora Jean Leese Munsey went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2014 at her son's home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was 83 years old being born on April 1, 1931 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Pete and Vivian Leese. Commonly known as Lee, she considered Springfield, Missouri her home since locating there in the early 60's.
Lee put her trust in God and her Savior Jesus Christ on August 28, 1954. She was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church. Lee was a member of the Choctaw Indian Nation. She is preceded in death by her husband Roy, her father Pete Leese and her mother Vivian Beal Leese and two sisters, Ruth Ellen Marsh and Johnnie Plummer.
She is survived by her son, Ronnie of Oklahoma City; sister, Doris Elmore of Norman, Oklahoma; brother, C.E. Leese of Edmond, Oklahoma and a half brother, Paul Rotenbury of Commanche, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Stephanie Andreatta, Rhonda Hanna and Darren Munsey and four great-grandchildren.
Her graveside service will be at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, on North National on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
