My condolences to the Basilio Family.
I met Carmen at the Hall of Fame from the first year I attended in 1994 and every year since. Carmen would alsways joke and talk to everyone and always signed everything you had, what a gentleman and just a godd person.
I will always remember his conversations and stories.
