While searching the internet for information on as I knew him and served under his command (his Office) as Provost Marshal at Fort Sheridan, 1969. I still have an Autographed photo of him that he signed for me while I was processing out of the Army. Although He was an officer and I a Sergeant, we had many conversations. I came to admire his very mush, for his Command and management style. He recommended me for promotion to sergeant and gave me an opportunity to advanced to Investigator status as an Military Police Investigator, and completed several undercover assignments. I am truly sorry that he has passed. My sincere condolences to his family.
