I will forever remember Mary! She was an extraordinary lady. I met Mary during my courtship with my husband Sam during the late 70's. During the some 36 years knowing Mary she was always a delight and joy to be with. I remember when we moved to Panama City on the first morning of apprehensiveness taking our daughter to Patronis that first day, and the first face I saw in the car line was Mary! WOW!! how immediately I felt a sense of comfort knowing Laura would have someone to help her through and a "mommy figure" at school. Mary was like an angel as she took Laura under her wing. I have and hold dear many fun loving memories of her. My heart goes out to Christal as I can't even imagine the loss she is feeling. Also, our dear age long friends John (Mary's twin) and his wife Kay, I know how torn they are by the loss of Mary, along with her other brothers and all their families. It is rare and a blessing to know and love such a loving family as the Ruthven family. All my love, thoughts and most importantly prayers for each of you! I will love and remember Mary always!
