I met Noel at Morgan State University in 1962. Noel was an outstanding student, Riffle team member and a Cadet Major in Morgan's 1st, R.O.T.C. Brigade. Noel had a great sense of humor and a commitment to excellence. I offer my deepest sympathy and regrets to his wonderful family. Noel was a fellow soldier and a dear and close friend. "Rest Well My Brother; We Will Meet Again".

I first met Noel 3 years ago here in Anchorage, at a meeting of pilots. He was a remarkable man, and highly esteemed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
