Goodbye my dear forever friend Roy.. I know you are in Heaven because you always showed up, like an Angel, whenever I was feeling low.. And, you seemed to be a wonderful father.. showing your boys how to have good clean fun with cars, and teaching them traditional ways. I hope you are happy in your new life.. I will miss your sweet smile lifting the spirits of your friends.. it was wonderful knowing you! Thank you for being my friend!

I meet Roy in the Co-Op when he was 12, having a disagreement with my lil brother :-) My heart hurts because i did not know of his passing/services so i was not able to say good bye and see my friends Dean and Elizabeth.
neither Roy or I smoke drink or used drugs, we both loved Muscle cars and my sons name is Dean, and Roy said he allmost named his daughter Dawn which is my daughters name. I will miss you My Brother, Happy Hunting

RIP Roy. You were always a kind soul to me and my family. I remember when we both lived at 6th and Cowles, and I was just a little 5 year old kid. Your introduction to your parents and your family showed me the true Eskimo culture. We were friend for life, and I know you are still looking over us. God Bless, and I will miss you and your parents. Your dad / mother taught me many thinks, and appreciate the time I had to spend with your family as a child, Casey Ahkvaluk and family.

I have memories of Roy when we went to high school at Lathrop. He always had a smile to cheer you up. In the years after that, our paths would cross and it was like time stood still. Same happy smile and always kind words. He will always be in our thoughts........
