Harrison, Edwin "Jack" J Jr..
Edwin John "Jack" Harrison Jr. of Newtown passed away peacefully after a short illness at Danbury Hospital on May 30, his 50th wedding anniversary at the age of 73. He was born in Philadelphia May 1, 1941, the only son of Anna Peterson Harrison and Edwin John Harrison. Jack graduated from Ursinus College, Collegeville PA , with a BS in Political Science and History in 1963. He was admitted to Villanova Law School but joined the Navy and was commissioned an Ensign at Pensacola Naval Air Station in 1964. He married Beryl, whom he had met at Ursinus, on Memorial Day 1964. After his time in the Navy, he went on to a career in marketing working for Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati OH, Marketing Corporation of America in Westport CT, then started his own consulting firm, SalesSource, in the late 80's.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Beryl, and his two sons, Derek of Warwick NY, and Trent
of Newtown , three grandsons, Owen, Luke and Tyler, and a granddaughter Morgan. He will also be missed by his beloved Border Collies Shadow, Belle and Scruffy. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Newtown Congregational Church, 14 West Street, Newtown CT, on Saturday June 7th at 3pm with reception to follow.

The only things that can describe Jack was that he truly loved children and he was one of the "good Guys".
