I got to know Joe through senior tennis in Keyser, a few years back. What a interesting person with a big heart. Bless you, Joe, and rest in peace. Your friend, Chuck Moore of Florida.

We worked together in Intelsat from 1983 until Joe's retirement.
There were a group of us started hanging together because of all sport activities we loved to participate.
We played ping pong in lunch break, and played volleyball, and tennis after the work.
It was amazing story of group of people from so different backgrounds. different cultures, religions, etc. which started hanging together.
We were from Jamaica, Thailand, Iran, Pakistan, USA, Bolivia and China.
We started a music band called IRACHICARUSA, which performed in many Intelsat International festivals.
Joe is the second person that we lost in our group (we called it Intelsat Gang).
We lost Frank Suburan a few years ago in a car accident and now Joe due to his illness.
Joe was a very generous person, and real friend in need.
He was an amazing athlete, we taught him how to play tennis and in a few years he was beating all of us.
We will miss him greatly.
