Lee and family....my deepest sympathy and sadness in my heart to have found out my first "best friend" is no longer with us...I'm so sorry for your loss. I will forever remember our time growing up on Francis Street in East Haven and cherish our memories; she was the best friend anyone could have and she'll forever be in my heart and thoughts forever....

I truly believe. God brought us together through my back issues. Shelly was a blessed lady. With much insight through her faith in Jesus she had a listening ear and a wise speech. I will miss our talks her wonderful stories of her family and friends. But I know she is home now in her heavenly home where God has prepared a place just for her. To her family I just have to say you were so blessed to have her as your wife ,mother and grandmother ,friend. I loved her to. Deb gastler

Lee (Mr. Chamberlain), Eric, Mari, and family....my sincere condolences in the loss of wife/mom...Shelley.

Although it has been many years now, I still remember the good times that we shared as Eric and I spent growing up and causing all of the mischief ("fun" for us) around the house and East River area.

I pray that she is at peace now and she watches over all of you with her blessings.

Matt Palmer, on behalf of my family.

Dear Lee and family: I was so sorry to hear of Shelley's passing. I have such wonderful memories of my teenage years spent with her in East Haven. She included me on her softball team and her basketball team even though I had never played either sport before! She was very patient with my inexperience, and helped me learn some valuable skills. Later, we were such good friends and had some great times with the Pilgrim Fellowship group at church. I remember both of you attending parties at my house, as well as the wonderful parties at Shelley's house where we all played pool. I have such great memories of Shelley as a truly loving and loyal friend. I know we will all see her again some day, but until then we will certainly miss her! I pray you will be comforted in your loss by knowing that we are all thinking of you at this difficult time.
Much love,

I will always remember Shelley's laughter, her kindness and her sense of fun. Even though I haven't seen her in years, she has and always will have a special place in my memories of good times and true friends. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.
