My wife Cheryl & I lived next door to Joe for 12 years. He was a great neighbor, nice man.
Joe Loved to be outside, he was always outside.
He was able to take care of his yard & house, right up until this winter. We always felt extra safe about our house & property, when we were away - as Joe was like a one - man security system -:). He always had an eagle eye & would always alert us of anything suspicous.
Rest in Peace, Joe.
Billy & Cheryl
