Courtney, Michael, and family,
Brian, Brent, and I are so shocked and saddened to hear of Jay's passing. We were out of town last weekend, therefore unable to attend the services celebrating his life. Please accept our deepest condolences and know that you are all in our prayers.

Courtney and Family,
I was so saddened by the news of Jay's death. He was one of my most favorite people! He has been my cleaner for over 40 years, watching my children grow up and keeping me in the loop with his. He was so kind and caring, and he will be greatly missed in this world!
My thoughts and prayers will be with you all during this difficult time.
Fondly,
The Broadwell Family

My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of sorrow. (Psalm 145:19)

How lucky we were to have known Jay! As a child, he was on the winning teams. Was obedient to his parents and didn't ask for much (other than is there more food). That I can recall!

Then a beautiful and graceful woman entered his life which he received many riches from her that money could not buy. In particular, 3 beautiful children.

You may be gone, but you left us your most precious gifts of: Love, Respect and Honor of God, Family and Others. So Thank you Jay for leaving us your legacy!

BUT, one last request now that you are in heaven...Tell your Mom - HI with a kiss and hug. And make sure the Saints & Pelicans have winning years ahead!

PS: Thanks for missing some of those Saints games in the 80's with your Dad. I was able to take your place! Great Times!

Love & Blessings,
Your cousin,
Sharon B Massie
