Uncle Michael,
I think of you often and still can't believe you are gone. You were taken way too soon, but I know you are looking down on all of us daily! I remember the last time we caught up through text, you said "oh those boys are going to give you a run for your money," you definitely nailed that one on the head:) See you again in a place way better than here! Give my Mawmaw, Pawpaw and Brady a kiss for me. Love you. - Amy

Sharon,
Your husband was a delight to be around. I am so glad we were able to spend many volunteer hours together at OLPS with you and Mike. The world has lost a good man. I will keep you and your children in my daily rosary.

I have very fond memories of spending time with Mike in the good old days. When he and Chad lived together down the road. A very long time ago. Mike was always in a happy go lucky mood and smiling.
My prayers go out to his family. Goodbye to a great guy.

To Kazia, Kalie, and Kyle Shuff. Your dad was a good man. He was the first person to welcome me to the neighborhood on Fable Dr. He was always an upbeat hard working father who took great pride in his children. A man with a good heart.

My sincere condolences to Mike's children and family. I remember Mike to be a very good young man. Always full of energy and never without a smile. Years ago we worked in the same department at Amax Nickel in Braithwaite. During that time, Mike also worked for me at my home coating pickup truck beds on Valmar Drive in Meraux. He was dependable, trustworthy and a hard worker. Mike was a no nonsense guy with a deep and sincere spirit. It was always a pleasure to be in his company. We had many spiritual conversations. I am sure that our Lord will grant Mike eternal peace.....A longtime friend.

This has hit us like a Mac truck. We were unaware that Mickie was ill. Our family has such fond memories growing up with Michael and the wonderful Shuff clan. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time. May the lord hold you all in the palm of his hands, and may your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate Mickie's life. Love, The Pourciau's

We are so sorry to hear about Mickie. We didn't even know that he was sick. This was a complete shock. We grew up with the Shuff clan on Maureen Lane. We have such fond memories of him and his wonderful family. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with Michael and all of his family.
