Wayne was a good friend and one very important mentor to me in our company. He will be deeply missed. I always enjoyed our in depth conversations about a wide range of topics. He had a great sense of humor and was a great storyteller bringing the past events back to life. Our deepest sympathy to Miriam and the family.

We have many good memories of Wayne when we lived in New Orleans.....such good times. Remember his big smile and sense of humor. I know Sweet Pea and he are together and I bet that Ryan was waiting to greet him with a cold beer. Take care.

Wayne was a great boss and genuinely a great guy. He new his business, and did well by his company and customers. What I liked most about Wayne is that he told it like it was and he had a great sense of humor. I was lucky to have known him. We'll all miss Wayne. My deepest sympathy to Miriam and his family.

I knew Wayne when I was a kid, when my dad and I came to town for a visit during Mardi Gras, which we always spent with Wayne. He treated me with respect and cheer- and that is how honorable, secure men talk with kids. This was sad to hear- my heart goes out to his family, who are also kind, welcoming people.
